The SportKraft Multi Grip Bar V1 is equipped with 6 straight and grippy handles that enable you to train bench presses, biceps and triceps, rows and vertical presses all with different grip widths!
The handles are mounted onto the SportKraft Multi Grip Bar V1 at intervals we have found to be the best options based on exercises and lifter experience.
This bar is made with durable iron, strong welds and a black powder coating finish which protects the bar while giving it a great appearance.
This bar has a huge capacity of 660lbs!
The ends are made conveniently for standard 50mm weight plate center holes and is also made to fit all standard bench presses and power rack racks. Another great feature is that it features full metal axles and is not hollow making this bar heavy duty and it is made to last.
